Scottco Mechanical Contractors has delivered quality mechanical contracting services to general contractors, construction managers and building owners since 1972. Within the last decade, we have completed over $40 million in projects which includes both ‘plan and spec’ and design/build construction of new and retrofit type projects .
Our position as an industry leader in mechanical construction is a result of our ability to combine qualified people with proven policies and procedures relating to project management, purchasing and the installation of all mechanical and plumbing systems.
Preconstruction Services
Our pre-construction services go beyond the typical pricing of plan and spec projects. Our pre-construction team can provide value engineering covering plan discrepancies and cost saving design revisions. In addition, we can provide actual design documents with our in-house licensed professional engineers.
Construction Management
Our success is centered on our proactive approach to managing all aspects of mechanical construction. Our commitment to pre-planning reduces the number of issues and added costs during construction. Through our pre-construction meetings, coordination drawings, equipment and material delivery scheduling, manpower scheduling, proactive RFI’s and quality assurance we are able to address the necessary milestones related to on-time project completion.
Post-Construction
Once the project is complete, our commitment continues through warranty and preventative maintenance agreements .
Safety
Scottco Mechanical Contractors is interested in the safety of all personnel on a project. All employees go through our safety orientation prior to going to any jobsite. In addition, we hold weekly jobsite safety meetings as well as monthly and annual safety meetings for all personnel.
